A doozy it was. Degenkolb the first German since 1896 to win this cobbled classic. As he told TV after the race “I was not afraid to fail and that was the key”.

MONDAY

Fayetteville
Good Bikes Road Ride. Leaving @ 6:00 from Good Bikes. It is intended to be a recovery pace, no-drop, skills-building ride. Everyone is welcome. Check out Good Bikes or Arkansas Cycling on Facebook for more info.

Bentonville
Tour de Lunch Road Ride. Leaves @ 11:15 am from the Bentonville Square. Approximately 1 hour. Moderate to hard.

Lewis & Clark MTB Mondays Ride. Leaves at 6:00 pm from Compton Gardens parking lot. This mountain bike ride lasts around 90 minutes and is for fun and fitness.

TUESDAY

Fayetteville
Tuesday Night World Championships Road Ride. Leaving @ 5:30 from The Bike Route or @ 6 from the parking lot adjacent to MopedU. This is a “try and drop you” kind of ride. Route TBD. Advanced ride.

Springdale
Lewis & Clark Road Ride. Leaving at 6 pm from L&C Springdale parking lot. Planning 10-12 miles on road. Beginner friendly – no drop. Joe will lead this group, check it out! Click here for more information.

Bentonville
Phat Tire MTB Ride. Meet at Phat Tire on the Bentonville square at 6:00 pm for an advanced mountain bike ride – 60 to 90 minutes of mountain biking with the group. FAST Kids Mountain Bike Team Ride. Leaves 6:00pm. Meet at NE A St and Cub parking lot with bike, helmets, water bottle and gloves on. Check the FAST Kids Facebook page to follow ride updates.

Rogers
Bellview Road Ride. Leaves from Bellview Elementary.
-Leaving @ 5:40 B group (average speed 17-19). Intermediate pace, plenty of regroups.
-Leaving @ 6:00 A group (average speed 19-21). Fast pace, with a couple regroups.

WEDNESDAY

Bentonville
Tour de Lunch Road Ride. Leaves @ 11:15 am from Bentonville Square. Approximately 1 hour. Moderate to hard.

Phat Tire MTB Ride. Leaves @ 6 pm from Phat Tire on Bentonville Square.

FAST Mountain Bike Club Ride. Leaves @ 6 pm. This all abilities mountain bike ride starts in different places hitting Slaughter Pen, Blowing Springs, and Lake Atalanta. Follow FAST on Facebook for weekly ride updates! Each ride ends at a local restaurant.

Rogers
Lewis & Clark Ladies Road Ride. Leaves @ 6 pm from L&C in Rogers. This a no-drop ladies only ride last approximately 90 minutes on paved trails and roads. Click here for more information.

Fayetteville
TBR Lunch Road Ride. On the bikes at 12:30 sharp from The Bike Route. 1:15-1:30 in duration. Tempo pace. Shower is available at the shop.

Athlete Forward/The Bike Route Beginner Road Ride. Leaving @ 6:00 from Owl Creek Middle School. Pace easy-moderate. No drop. Tim Ray is the ride leader. You can email him at cat4rider@gmail.com.

Highroller Cyclery Road Ride. Leaves @ 6:15 from Baum Stadium. Route TBD. About 30 miles or so. No drop. Check their Facebook page each week for details.

OORC Evening Social Ride. Celebrate the long days of summer! Starting April 2nd, on the first and third Thursday of every month through August 20th the OORC will be hosting social rides at Lake Fayetteville from 6-8pm with post-ride libations (including group specials) at the Apple Blossom Brewing Co.! Meet at the parking lot behind Apple Blossom Brewing Co. at 6pm. Ride length and pace will be determined by those in attendance. Hosted by the Ozark Off-Road Cyclists. Ride will be cancelled if trails are too wet. Check in with OORC to find out.
