Tuesday Night Worlds | Fayetteville – has existed for 20 years and is cycling tradition in Fayetteville. 555 TNT Road Ride | Bentonville – meets @ 5:55 from the Bentonville Square. 35-45 mile ride, spirited pace with several regroups. This is a “try and drop you” race practice kind of ride. No whining! ROUTE: Highlands with Stoneykirk add. Click here for STRAVA link.

Armstrong settles federal lawsuit for $5 million. Reportedly, the money is earmarked to bring down the cost of stamps and reduce wait time at the United States Post Office. Lol! Click on image to read Cycling News article.
Pauline Ferrand-Prevot (FRA) was once again super aggressive. At one point she had 55 seconds on the favorites group. But with 20 KM remaining on the Côte de La Roche-aux-Faucons, Anna van der Breggan (NED), Megan Guarnier (USA), Annemiek van Vleuten (NED) & Ashleigh Moolman-Pasio (RSA) went across. She would be dropped pretty quickly. The quartet did not commit so the group would come back together although a much reduced peloton. From that group Amanda Spratt (AUS) would go clear and the move looked solid. Van der Breggan would go across and eventually dispatched Spratt on the final rise to the finish. Notable: Megan Guarnier (USA) finished 8th.
The Wolfpack bookends their Classics campaign with a perfect ending. Bob Jungels (LUX) would go clear after his teammate Philip Gilbert (BEL) laid down a short burst on Roche-aux-Faucons. Sergio Henao (COL) would counter. Jungels, Michael Woods (CAN) and Jakob Fugslang (DEN) were all present. Jungels would continue to press over the top and opened a gap. The alarm bells went off but the organization was in shambles. Jungels would calculate his effort perfectly crossing the line solo. Notable: Quick-Step Floors has 28 wins in 2018. They have dominated the season thus far and they have done so with a variety of riders.
