If I was a gambling man I’d be rich. As predicted The Shark scooped up the final Classic of 2017. While Pinot was the early aggressor Nibali timed his move well. Attacking just over the top of the climb and laying down the wood on the descent. Pinot made a valiant effort to hold the wheel but Nibali’s risk taking in the corners saw the gap open. I gotta believe he still would have won even without the gap on the descent. Nibali looked more powerful on the final climb and Pinot would eventually slip to 5th. The race was pretty exciting and is always a fine way to end the season for this arm chair super fan.
We are getting stoked about the fall riding season! It is our favorite time to “Shred The Ozarks.” A portion of our sales during the month of October will go to the Ozark-Off Road Cyclists a non-profit volunteer based trail building organization. They along with other trail building companies have been throwing down at Mt. Kessler, the trail improvements are incredible to say the least. This shirt design was painted by Springdale based artist/MTB’er Johnathan Harris and features local Heath Banning riding the iconic Spine at Kessler. Our shirts are printed by Fayetteville based Creative. Click on the image to shop our store!
