Many of the Oz Trails are closed due to flood damage and the need to dry out. Here are the ones we know about. Coler Preserve, Lake Atalanta, Back 40 and Hobbs. Connect with our trail advocates at OORC and FAST for ways you can help with repair efforts and to find out when they will be ride-able.
Tuesday Night Worlds | Fayetteville – has existed for 20 years and is cycling tradition in Fayetteville. Leaving @ 5:30 from The Bike Route or @ 6 from the parking lot adjacent to the Life Source building. Spirited pace with two regroups. This is a “try and drop you” race practice kind of ride. Route TBD. First round of beers at PBC is on TBR!!
555 TNT Road Ride | Bentonville – meets @ 5:55 from the Bentonville Square. 35-45 mile ride, spirited pace with several regroups. This is a “try and drop you” race practice kind of ride. No whining! This week Will has a good route on tap. Click here for STRAVA link.
This video says a lot about the sport of cycling and riding bikes. A LOT.
Tour de Romandie Stage 4
Yates shows his racing instincts are good. Porte shows his form is excellent with that bridge across. Froome shows that he is not a robot and apparently missing a notch on the rest of the GC big guns. I find this refreshing. But I have no doubt he will be ready for the TDF.
Tour de Yorkshire Women’s Race
After two second place finishes at the last two races Lizzie D finds the top step with a bold solo move.
Tour de Yorkshire Men’s Race Stage 1
Stunning scenery. Excellent coverage.
Tour de Yorkshire Men’s Race Stage 3
Again the terrain is just incredible. I really enjoyed the attacking style of this race. Never seemed dull. And the British cycling fans are massive.
