A great way to start the day. About 50 degrees & overcast skies. Barking Dog Loop was on tap. Anyone know who named this route? About 50 miles or so. Takes you write up on the west side of Beaver Lake. We even had the sun peak out at the end. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a ride great.
Habberton Rd just past Saddlebock Brewery.
The Columbian was not on his game this morning.
Rock quarry after the Parsons Rd climb.
Hang a right on 36/Pleasure Heights Rd. It’s a really cool section of road.
Chasing Gerald D around the Ozarks. He’s training for CX Nationals.
Met a super nice guy while changing a flat. I am not sold on tubeless road tires though. That bead is no joke.
The trusted steed. So good to be on the road again.
Lowell refuel & layer changes.
Some serious coin leans against this wall.
I’ve been away from the group rides too long to remember how to be pro.
We will forgive you since you are actually trying to go PRO. Just this once. Good luck at Nats!
Lol.. This is the first time flatting in my tubeless. After further inspection, I should have replaced the tire a couple of thousand miles ago. Putting a tube.. yeah no joke… My front tire is the regular clincher tube tire and I flatted that one after the gas station. It wasn’t my day.
Two flats. bag falling out, terrible winter shape.
Thank you for the CO2. I will carry some extra, please remind me if I forget to replace yours.
Bummer G. How did you get home?
I was riding with Mitchell when it happened. I was hoping he didn’t have a tube so I had an excuse to not finish the ride.
