Dear OCA,
I have been trying to get the Taxter back on the bike too. His frugality is debilitating and prevents him from dropping coin on a mountain bike.
What do i do? Please help OCA.

  I hear ya Concerned Friend, lets work on him together. I have a MTB he can borrow! We just need to show up at his house one day with bikes and make him ride!
