There are 40+ organized group rides on any given week in NWA during the season! I just added 6 from Phat Tire Bike Shop this morning. My mind is blown! We are in cycling heaven folks. Saturday, August 27th, 2016 Bike Springdale in partnership with Downtown Springdale will be hosting the Lanterne Rouge Fondo & Midsummer Soiree presented by Phat Tire Bike Shop. This is the inaugural event serving as a fundraiser for Bike Springdale, a local community initiative created by the Bicycle Coalition of the Ozarks, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, to connect the community, encourage residents and visitors to ride, educate all users on rules of roads and trails, support Bike ED programs in schools, and promote Springdale as a bicycle-friendly city.

Top 10 Essentials You Need to Know for This Unforgettable Event:
1. 20 or 40 mile cycling course options with full SAG support
2. Any style of bicycle is welcome, this is an open road event
3. Rest stop at Sassafras Springs Vineyard’s Winery
4. Over $1500 in King/Queen of the Mountain Prizes
5. Bike Valet and Showers available after the ride
6. All-Inclusive Post-Ride Party on Spring Street (Food, Brews, Dessert, Cold Brew, & Entertainment!)
