June 29 is the 2nd annual Moonlight 100 ride organized by Jared Hall. It should be another fun one. Summer temps are creeping up higher and higher. What makes this ride unique is you end under the lights in the cool summer night air. Also there is an awesome post ride chow down at Pedaler’s Pub. Check out last years ride below. Ride Recap | 2017 Moonlight 100
Last night was the first annual NWA’s Moonlight 100. Judging by the STRAVA ride titles this will surely become a annual event. I for one, had a blast! It was one of the funner rides I’ve done in a long time. A big thanks to ride organizer Jared Hall for dreaming this up and putting it together. Also a major shout-out to Kevin at Pedaler’s Pub. Kevin drove a SAG vehicle for us. It’s hard to think of another business/restaurant more supportive of what we do and cycling in general in NWA. The weather was picture perfect and about 70 riders showed up to attempt the 100, 70, 50 and 30 mile route options. Check it!
Pre-ride meeting at Pedaler’s Pub.
Grand depart Bentonville. The ride had such a good vibe.
The roads around Bentonville and Rogers are some of the best around. Twisty, turny, rolling goodness!
Ozarkia.
Row, row, row your bike, gently down the…wait a minute!
Flash spandex party!
Light it up!
The good folks at Pedaler’s Pub stayed open late for our crew. Thanks again Kevin!
