Led by the UofA cycling team members. Intended for all skill levels.
To mix things up some weeks, the location will change in the Fayetteville area. Please check our Facebook page, Arkansas Cycling, for a weekly post where the ride will be.https://www.facebook.com/
Lake Fayetteville ride plan:
Lap 1: Beginner (No Drop- 7mph)
Lap 2: Intermediate (If dropped, you will know your way back- 10 mph)
Lap3: Hard (Try to drop- 11+ mph)
Chose to do 1, 2, or all 3 laps. We will regroup at the parking lot after each lap.
Lake Fayetteville Location: meet in the large parking lot on the north west corner of the lake: 1330 Lake Fayetteville trail.
