This is a clinic for beginner ladies who are looking to gain essential mountain bike skills. Learn the basic safety and comfort techniques, and then go for a ride on the 6 mile Lake Fayetteville trail with some new friends! This is also open to any women who are looking to break some bad habits and learn proper bike-handling skills in a judgment-free environment. A helmet, working bicycle, and close-toed shoes are necessary. PLEASE rsvp so we know how many to expect.
