Wednesday Cross Practice!
This will be a lead up to the new NWA cross series and the 11/4 Cyclopath CX race brought to you by the Pedalers Pub/Garver race team.6:00pm-7:30pm. Bentonville’s Memorial Park.
Right near the corner of de shields and mlk. To the right of the aquatic center and behind the skatepark.We will have a small course set up.
Short Drill session to practice cornering, barriers, bunch starts.
Interval race practice. Short race simulations with structured rest times will build up to the race day.
