A 3 month program designed to prepare the cyclist for performing at their highest level in the early spring. Beginning early December and ending by late February. The training program will follow time-proven, sequential training phases: Month 1 – Climbing/Strength, Month 2 – Lactate Threshold/Time-Trial Power, Month 3 – Racing VO2/Sprinting.
